Understanding AI

This course gives employees a practical grounding in artificial intelligence and how to use it well at work. It covers what AI is and how it has developed, how to get real value from everyday tools through better prompting, and how to recognise the risks that come with it: hallucinations, data leakage, bias, and misuse. Learners work through realistic workplace scenarios and the legal landscape around AI, including data protection, intellectual property, and automated decisions.
